Hello!

This was a grueling 4-month long project with Dalberg, USAID & Gap Inc. We had to best represent their 5 year-long partnership called the Women + Water Alliance. I visualised and produced the animation. While I also handled the Pre-Production and was the Post Producer on the Documentary as well.

I was the Chief Assistant Director on this Ad for Durga Puja.

I Scheduled and Post Produced the film as well. This was later released in Bengali.

I produced this 12 part animated series with Radio Mirchi.

The Devdutt Pattanaik Show which runs on-air every morning on Radio Mirchi had to be converted into an animated episodic series. We took topics from his radio talk show and converted them into an animated series.

I Produced and Directed this series of videos for Nescafe while working with A Little Anarky Films. This was to make the E cup seem more user-friendly and bring out the fact that this an aspirational technology one would be happy to have.

Rushes was a web series that TheVibe produced in 2018 in association. with Mercedes Benz, Wavemaker and The Motion Content Group.

The publishing of Rushes was quite the task. I was assigned to handle the copies that go out during the 7 week long campaign. With over three social media accounts constantly publishing content to keep the buzz going. It was a highly coordinated well planned out endeavour. We ended up achieving our goals in terms of viewership and the campaign deemed successful.

The thing about great content is, it can’t exist in isolation.

India is a land of colourful spices and some of the most exotic dishes. With the help of Dolby Vision, Supari Studios was able to make mouths water by showing some really appetizing visuals of food. This video showcases the dynamic nature of Dolby Vision and its potential to display depth in colour and crisp images.

Dindi is a small village in Andhra Pradesh. It is one of the most beautiful and thankfully untouched places in India. As a part of TheVibe’s Publishing - We did a week long feature on Dindi, culminating with the hero piece : Dindi Drone’s Eye. I was the Creative Lead on this project.

Pal Aayega was one endearing project. We were asked to make a song (writing, composing and picturising it), and it was always said that the lyrics will flow naturally if you feel the emotion. I thought it was rubbish, but it wasn't. If you feel something, you can express it.   

The idea behind the lyrics and the picturisation, is that there are a lot of uncontrollable things that go wrong in life, no matter how careful you are. In those moments, we lose hope, however, the sun does come out and our days are brighter.

My Grandfather, Narendra Wadhwana led a supremely interesting life. He was a refugee from Rangoon, He travelled to almost 30 countries in his lifetime, He left behind some really really good camera equipment. He also passed away before I was born. This is my journey to get to know him while also learning about my roots.

Metamorphose was the first film experiment I ever did. It was in the middle of studying for my class 12 boards that I chanced upon a scholarship competitionat Arts University Bournemouth- Who Are You in a Gender Defined world?

We had to come up with the answer in any art form whatsoever, and if our work was voted as one of the top five in India, we'd get a scholarship from the University.

When I thought about that question, the only way my ideas were coming across, were through film. I picked up the family handicam and somehow figured out how to edit through youtube and made this film. 

In a society where each individual is made to fit a category, a defined role, I believe that it's important to question these very norms. This film is a reflection of the gendered society that surrounds me. It highlights my need to not define myself according to these norms.  

After a gruelling bunch of rounds and very public Facebook voting, I came third. Metamorphose was also screened at the India Habitat Centre in New Delhi.

I went on to send Metamorphose as an entry for a UN Youth Film Festival; PLURAL+, where in they focus on topics such as; Gender Equality, Migration and Diversity. Metamorphose came in the top 60 films in the world, in 2014. 

The brief college gave us was to make a tutorial video on anything we pleased. I decided to make a tutorial on how to make homemade wine because I’d seen a couple of my friends’ parents do it over the years and I thought it looked pretty easy and interesting. But of course, the twist I gave it was the fact that a little bit of homemade wine goes a long way when you have to deal with unwanted relatives or family over the holidays. The lettering throughout this film has been done specially by hand.

The Christmas Special Edition was Shivesh's way of telling his audience what he does for his cakes and pictures, to look the way they do, while also giving out some jolly Christmassy vibes. Kuch Ho Gaya Hai, is a conversation between three friends. Madhavi, Ayaan and Zarina. Its a conversation that travels from their trivial-est woes to their inner most fears, all over a cup of coffee. 

I wrote, directed and edited this short film.

Chhavi was one of the first fiction scripts I wrote, directed and edited in college. I had a very weird dream one night. I was merging everything that was being talked about around me, as well as thoughts I had had in a day, into one very dramatic dream.

This thought got me excited, I researched then, on people experiencing a dream-like state when they're in a coma, and picturising all that is happening around them in their dreams. 

This then lead me to Chhavi -  A dream of a 12 year old girl - Katyayani. The fears and fights her parents are going through and the things she is truly scared of, are what eventually get her out of a coma.
